This artisanal process ensures unparalleled tenderness and an intense, nutty flavor you won't find anywhere else on Texel.

In an informal atmosphere, we serve surprising dishes with local and homemade products. Our kitchen is all about honest food, prepared with love.
Let yourself be surprised by various specials. In addition to our menu, we also serve daily changing specialties, so there's always something new to discover.
We love working with suppliers from the island. For example, our fish comes from Texelse Visspecialist in Oudeschild and our cheese from Kaasboerderij Wezenspyk.
